SUMMARY A comprehensive position with the responsibility to ensure that the organization understands and satisfies its customer’s requirements, developing customer service policies and procedures for the organization and to manage complex inquiries from customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises, trains and manages CSR and service teams. • Trains staff or employees to deliver excellent customer service and conducts staff appraisals and recruitment processes. • Develops customer service standards, policies and procedures for the organization or department. • Analyzes data or statistics to identify the customer service level the organization is providing and reports to senior management with suggestions and strategies to improve customer service initiatives. • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources. • Provides information of product packages, prices, and various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required. • Supervises staff interactions with members to maintain a high standard of customer care and service quality. • Represents the organization to customers, public, and other external sources. • Performs retail related responsibilities to include; cashier, inventory, stock control and sales. • Directly responsible for the ambiance and environment of club facilities. • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments. • Operates office equipment inclusive of audio, fitness equipment, computers as necessary. REQUIREMENTS • Must have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, associates, and the general public. • Must have excellent communication skills to include; confidence, tact, patience, politeness, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems. • Must have ability to produce creative ideas to ameliorate customer service standards. • Able to lead and supervise teams and work under tight deadlines. • Multi-task oriented. • Good command in English. • Has good problem solving abilities. • Bachelor degree or general education degree experience. • Knowledge of computer skills. Periodic Duties • Review risk management and emergency procedures established by company. • Represent Fitcorp Asia on an as-needed basis. • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
