BMW R1200RT

Beautiful 2008 BMW R1200RT Sport touring bike. Well maintained Thai version assembled in Germany. This bike features Electronic adjustable suspension , Cruise control, ABS brakes, linked brakes,electrically adjustable windscreen, Tire pressure readout , oil level readout, factory panniers keyed to the bike and radio preparation kit ( speakers installed and wired but ordered without the radio unit).

Great handling and performance and great for touring without sacrificing performance. With the large electrically adjustable windscreen and aerodynamic fairing this bike cruises comfortably at 120 plus. Especially comfortable for medium height riders. Large fuel tank and the design of the fairing give you long range ( around 550 kms on one tank ) as the fuel capacity is 27 liters . In addition it gets good mileage and the large fuel tank adds to stability. I am selling because I’ve purchased a GS to do more adventure riding.

Full service just completed and both throttle bodies rebuilt with new shafts and pulleys, Valve adjustment accomplished and throttle bodies synched.

Oil and filter replaced, transmission and final drive oil replaced, brake fluid flushed and filled. New K&N air filter installed.
New Bosch ( factory original) fuel pump fitted.
New BMW fuel pump controller
New fuel hoses and fittings.
New Pirelli scorpion trail II tyres fitted
New EBC brake pads fitted
Front wheel bearings replaced
New clear windscreen fitted ( comes with original also which is serviceable)
Diablo stainless exhaust system with Carbon fiber silencer ( deeper tone but not loud)
Diablo seats (riders seat is two position).
