Stop saying these 9 things in your interview

When preparing for an interview, it is important to choose your words carefully. There are certain words and phrases that should be avoided because they can downplay your abilities or come off as clichéd. For example, using words like “we” instead of “I” can make it difficult for the interviewer to assess your individual contribution. Words like “just” and “only” can undermine your accomplishments and skills. Additionally, overused words like “workaholic” and “perfectionist” may not be well received by the interviewer. Instead, use positive language, provide specific examples using the STAR method, and describe your actions and results to showcase your strengths and abilities.
