Software QA Manager – Pomelo Fashion Co., Ltd.

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled hands-on Software QA Manager to join our Engineering Team in Bangkok. The Software QA Manager position is responsible for managing
the overall system test strategy and functions. The key responsibilities also include managing the Software QA team, and implementing, enforcing and maintaining QA standards and processes in a fast-paced environment. Creating, maintaining, executing scripts
during system-level, regression and smoke testing in various environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual, exploratory and performance testing, leveraging an end-to-end system testing methodology
Recommend, develop and maintain appropriate frameworks to automate end-to-end system test scenarios
Define and maintain test automation scope and schedule for different testing types
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Demonstrate strong management skills in understanding project goals, individual role operations, identify testing dependencies, highlight issues, and risks to the QA team
Demonstrate strong personal discipline in goal setting and achieving results
Establish system test case coverage metrics
Analyze and report on end-to-end system test automation progress
Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis and file tickets as necessary using TestRail and Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Collaborate closely with product managers (agile), automation test developers and software engineers to define best practices for testing our applications (both internal and external
facing)

Experience/Qualifications:

6+ years of QA engineering experience and 3+ in leading/managing a team
Strong knowledge in QA test tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Zephyr, SmartBear, Hexawise and/or other similar technologies
Preparedness to develop scalable and reusable automation test scripts and execute them in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment
Good experience in API – Manual and Automation testing
Comfort in setting up a CI/CD environment with test setup integration knowledge
Ability to define and implement tool strategy, reusable end-to-end system test automation frameworks
Excellent team communication and mentorship skills
